About Me   About Me
I used to be a graduate student majoring in Social Psychology but I had to leave the graduate school because of a financial problem. I am looking for job now and in the future, I would like to go back to school or go to graduate school in the U.S. to study Sociology and Public Policy to change the world. Also, in the future, I would like to make an NGO and schools for human rights.

My interests are discrimination, disparity, education, political thought and censorship.

First, I would like to change the paradigm of gender movement. Now, gender study and movement only focus on enhancing women's rights. However, the paradigm tends to discriminate men and sexual minority, such as transgender and intersexual people. For example, in my country, Japan train companies offer "lady's only cars" in the name of avoiding molesters even though it is impossible to eradicate them completely and the system makes men and sexual minorities feel humiliated. Like future President Obama, who is trying to integrate people without asserting the brack's rights, I would like to integrate people in terms of gender.

Second, I am intersted in education for those who are disadvanteged in sociological terms. I was born in a blue collar family. My parents never read books except comic books and I used to be a student with very bad grades. However, my favorite videogame contains characters originated from mythology, such as Japanese, Indian, North, Greek mythologies. So I began to read books about mythology and later began to read other books. In terms of English as a second language, although I could not catch up with classes, now I speak English thanks to studying abroad in the U.S., studying at English schools in Japan and self-study. From my experience, I know many people are actually not educated enough even in developed countries and how to overcome their disadvantages.

Third, I am interested in freedom of speech and expression. Unfortunately, in Japan, these are under threat because the government and some political organisations are trying to regulate the Internet. Even though people cannot fully control which website they take a look at, the government and other groups want to make them "criminals" due to downloading illigal contents. If some bills about censorship are passed, Japan may go back to Empire Japan or become a country like North Korea. I want to prevent it.

From my experience, I want to change the world by having communications with you. Thank you!
