About me
Hey!
Well my name is Melanie and I'm currently a high school co-op student here at Taking IT Global. What attracted me the most to Taking IT Global was that it was taking me away from my comfort zone and allowing me to expand my abilities in writing for different topics other than just fashion even though it is a passion of mine.

I live in Toronto and have lived here all my life. I love the city and I will always plan on living in the city even if it's not going to be in Toronto. I have a fascination with city lights because for me, they have a profound meaning that I can't yet express but once I figure it out I'll definitely write about it as a panorama article or blog.

I'm passionate about Global Warming and will do whatever I can to build awareness about this issue in my community and try to inform people in my life. A lot of people get scared about changing something about their lifestyle because they think that they have to make a DRASTIC change but that isn't the case at all. The keyword when it comes to Global Warming is REDUCING. Imagine how different the world would be if billions of people from all over the world reduced their greenhouse gas emissions. The world would be a much better place. Couldn't that be the start of unity?
