About me
I joined INSEC, a leading NGO for Human Rights and Social Justice in Nepal, as a Webmaster. There, I learned the importance of ICT for human rights.

Later, I engaged with different NGOs and established Idea Action. Youth leads this for Youth, which deals with human rights, sustainable development and other related issues. This includes Nepal's culture of peace, non-violence and the information society. Similarly, working with UNOY, a Netherlands-based INGO, as an ISG member (2007-2009).

My main interests lie in using ICT for peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and human rights to engage Youth. I have published several articles on these issues and international travel features.



In international seminars/events, I attended the World Social Forum in Mumbai in January 2004.

I am a winner of the 2006 Youth Action Net award from the

International Youth Foundation and Nokia, USA.
