He hold Master degree in natural resource management anthropology and has deep experience in the field of commuity based natural resource management. Besides this, Rajesh has keen interest in conflict management, explore indigenous knowledge on resource management, social mobilization and gender & equity concern.

Similarly, he is active in the international youth network for sustainable development called Youth Enounters on Sustainability and World YES Forum. Furthermore, he is enthusiast to share experience and work with the rural people.
