About me
My work is based on self expressions. Degree show (2005-2009) was titled as "Self Discovery in the State of Depression". I found the colors behaving in a different way for the representation of different mental state and situations. Rediscovering myself allowed me to use color, shape, line, form, objects, and surface space in a symbolic manner. It helped me to build my own color palette coming out of me.

My new work is a continuation of questions acquired in my mind while doing paint on the surface. In these work I started to enjoy the relation of color and question popping up in my mind, like; What is difference between yes or no?, Do I have the right to question? , Where do we live?, Is darkness represent hope or some deep rooted fear?, Do our mind, heart and souls synchronizes?, Do rush represent to isolation, and so on. All in all I m finding out that me, my self in my paintings is looking for some kind of landscape.

I m no more looking for a kind of topic or big statements to make my work more interesting. The idea behind these works is very simple, to do paint with sincerity what is going into mind like a psychological jigsaw puzzle and quick flashes of memories and questions with relation to isolation, emotions, environment, current scenario, recession, socio political impacts and soul mates My work is based on self expressions.
