Brief:

Bala Raju is the Chief Functionary of the Organization, he has done his graduation and post graduation, University of Delhi. After having worked for IT training institutes in New Delhi and Software Development Center as Center head for more than 8 years, and managerial cadre at AP Government Call Center in Andhra Pradesh, and also handling social service projects over 12 years simultaneously, he has gained the expertise of handling overall managerial operations and social activities at rural and urban areas especially in training rural youth in different skills. He had the privilege of being a consultant for different IT companies like Blue Chip Software Technologies, Integra SRIMIT software technology in undertaking out sourcing projects, software development and IT training. His vision and the motto is the overall growth of the OLORD where it fulfills its main objectives like focus on social, economical and educational upliftment of backward classes of rural areas of Andhra Pradesh.
