Hello everyone! It's wonderful meeting all of you.

As noted above, I have am a huge fan watermelon, tea, crafts, and theatre. I love reading and a few of my favourite books include the Harry Potter series, Anne of Green Gables and East of Eden.

I have recently joined the TakingITGlobal team in September 2013. I graduated from OISE at the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Education, and a specialization in Global Citizenship and Sustainability. I have a strong passion for teaching with the intention of encouraging youth advocacy, democracy, and providing an equitable and diverse learning environment. I enjoy talking about global issues, challenging assumptions and discussing anti-oppressive frameworks with people.
