About me
I am a student and archaeologist, but more relevant to this site, I am also a member of a locally formed environmental action committee. We are recently formed, and part of a larger community association for our town. So far we have built a small community greenhouse, and have plans to implement a composting system, build a solar air heater on the centre, as well as plan on implementing a car-sharing program. Our goal is to educate, and facilitate harmonious living with the environment, through empowering do-it-yourself projects, and presentations. I would be interested in hearing from anyone with experience in building similar or other sustainable projects or community oriented projects.
