About me
Katie is a new addition to the GYCA team as their program intern. She recently graduated from a small liberal arts college in Vermont, earning her B.A. in Anthropology/Sociology with a minor in Spanish.
She has a love for Indian culture and found her niche while conducting undergraduate research in New Delhi and Kolkata. She is increasingly interested in the health of HIV-positive former female sex workers as well as the dialogue surrounding the rehabilitation of trafficked young girls.
