About me
I was born and brought up in Shillong (Scotland of the East) the capital city of the State of Meghalaya (The Abode of Clouds) in North East India. I went to St. Edmund’s School and College and after my high school graduation, I moved 2000 kms westward from my home to Udaipur (Lake City), in the State of Rajasthan where I studied medicine for 5 years at the Rabinranath Tagore Medical College (RNTMC). After completing my medical degree, I moved South West to Mumbai, in the State of Maharashtra and joined the Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS) where I did my Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree.
I have traveled to Europe, Asia and Australia and I am looking forward to exploring the other continents. I completed a Master in International Health in August 2008 as an Erasmus Mundus scholar and have had a truly enriching experience.
My treasure is the love I share with my friends and loved ones. I strive to be un-selfish and committed in my walk and work in this world.
