Youssef is one of the young leaders in Moroccan born in 1985 in Oued Zem. He holds a baccalaureate mathematical sciences and he has a computer engineering license with honors graduation . and Masters in business intelligence with honors graduation.

Youssef is a PhD student and professor of Informatics, actor activist who for more than 10 years.

Founding member of the Civil Alliance of Youth for reform in Morocco in 2012.

President of the Moroccan Coalition for young researchers, he participated in many of the dynamics; national and international programs:

Program “SANAD” to support young people, organized by the USAID.

Program “Arab young volunteer for the best future” organized by PNUD.

Program “Regional Partnership for Culture and Development” organized by USAID.

Monitiring of public policies, organized by the National Democratic Institute.
