About me
I am BEd (bachelor of Education) graduate, who majored in Social Studies with a minor in Special Education. I hold an appreciation of the complexity and diversity of social situations and a keen interest for new ideas on societal issues. As a Metis woman, I hold a strong passion for Aboriginal rights and knowledge and bringing those discussions to classrooms.
It would be really hard for me to count the exact amount of days that I have spent on a farm. My step-dad had a cattle farm which I worked on growing up, and I lived with my in-laws who also lived on farm and raised cattle for sometime.
Some of my hobbies include: watching anime, specifically Studio Ghibli, cooking, camping, and spending time with my family.
