About me
I am Awa Innocent Ndah, a Combine Honours Post Graduate in English and French from the University of Buea and a Development Worker with a Cameroonian Based Non Governmental Women and Youth Organisation, Reach Out (REO) in Buea, South West Region Cameroon. Inter alia, our field of activities include care and support to orphans and vulnerable children, adherence treatment to People Living with HIV, Micro Loan Scheme for Widows, single mothers and abused women.
I am the Communications Officer, Trainer (Communication Techniques, Public Speaking, Conversational and Business English, Group Dynamics, Management of Civil Society Organisations) beside being responsible for orientating and integrating international volunteers who come to work for REO. I am also the Focal Person of a European Union Sub program called PASOC (Program d`Appui a la Structuration de la Societe Civile au Cameroun) in the NGO I work for. Ever since PASOC was launched in 2008, I have been their contract translator. I have also translated documents for another European Supported Program PACICC Programme d`Appui au Conseil de Cacoa et Cafe.
I am also a member, a trainer and an Alumni of the World's Largest Student run Organisation (AIESEC) in the University of Buea. My trainings span from Goal setting to Communication and Presentation Techniques in Public.
I am presently carrying our 02 research, I have over a hundred poem (English & French) to my credit, I have written a good number of articles, pending publication.
I am an athlete. I practice martial art (Judo) and I will love to do kung fu. My music is jazz and classic. I love public speaking and training people. I am a mentor and a coach to many a people, physical and virtual and my doors are always open.
