About me
Dr. Janice Presser is CEO and Founder of The Gabriel Institute, creator of the 'Technology of Teaming' and the Role-Based Approach to management. She began her quest to understand why people varied so widely in their ability to work together productively in 1988, believing that if it were possible to measure this ‘teaming’ capability, that one could also predict, and ultimately control, team outcomes. The result was TGI's 'Technology of Teaming', a completely new way to predict how people will perform in teams and how you can manage them to greater productivity. She has authored five books on various aspects of ‘teaming’, as well as dozens of articles, guest commentaries, and other writings. Dr. Presser’s speaking engagements include keynote, seminar, and workshop presentations and webcasts for numerous business organizations, and other public and private events. She speaks on topics ranging from innovation and entrepreneurship to leadership, coaching, and human infrastructure development.
