About me
Hi everyone! My name is Cassandra and I am currently living in Kugluktuk. I began teaching in Nunavut roughly five years ago in Gjoa Haven at Quqshuun. Before that, I spent many years teaching overseas at international schools. I am working for the Department of Education in the Educator Development division and my focus is on literacy and working specifically with learning coaches. I am always available for questions, so don’t hesitate to reach out. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the nuna of Kugluktuk and often take hikes up the surrounding mountains. I like reading and watching tons of terrible television including reality shows.
