About me
As i have only moved to Canada, about 2 years ago, i have seen extreme poverty, first-hand. This is one of the reasons i joined TIG; to try and help make a difference in the lives of those who are having difficulties through sharing ideas, making connections and more.
I am involved in various clubs at school, such as Global Issues Council, Amnesty International and Student Voice. I am a Link Crew Leader at school and a Youth Aiding Youth mentor because i love helping kids and teens.
I am on the Oakville Public Library Teen Advisory Group and volunteer for various community events.
I love dogs, reading, music and *making a difference*.
In the future, i want to work for the UN or another humanitarian organization such as the AKF.
Peace!
