Sahr Yillia is an international Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur, Child, Youth, Gender and Disability Inclusion Activist, born 16 September 1982 in West Africa. Graduate of the Sierra Leone Prince of Wales Secondary School, Sierra Leone Grammar School, International Institute for Social Entrepreneurs (IISE/KANTHARI) India, Conduit of Potentials Liberia, human Right Fellow Centre for Applied Human Right (CAHR) York university UK, Youth Ambassador (One UK 2016,).
With skills in Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Psychosocial Counselling, Assistive Technology, fundraising and human Right.
Passionate about Socio- Economic Developments for Rural Communities, Poverty reduction,
Mobile Healthcare, Gender and Disability equality in Rural Communities of Africa especially Sierra Leone and Liberia.
Witnessing the absence of basic community social facilities and constrains of Rural Children, Youth, Women, disabled and none disabled, lack of access to adequate resources for productions and marketing of local produces of my parents and other community members as Small and Medium Entrepreneurs are the reasons behind my passion towards sustainable solutions for Community problems.
A winner of three international awards from the International institute for Social Entrepreneurs (IISE/Kanthari) 2009, (One UK 2016) and Disability International Foundation Sierra Leone (DIFSL2017) pioneer and co-founder of several social projects including the Children’s forum Network (CFN) Sierra Leone, Child Rescue Mission Sierra Leone (CRMSL), Youth Partnership for Peace and Developments (YPPD) Sierra Leone and Liberia, Community Enterprise Solutions CESSAFRICA, Partners for Inclusive Developments in Africa (PIDA AFRICA), Born to Win Global, the Croydon Project UK etc.
I am always interested in collaborating and partnering with likeminded colleagues globally for collective efforts and skills for solutions towards the above problems in developing countries especially Sierra Leone and Liberia because “meeting more people means solving more problems”.

If I could change one thing about the world...
Illiteracy, Extreme poverty, hunger and Malnutrition because they are human made and reversible with collective efforts and skills.
