I am a Political Science undergraduate student of Bayero University,Kano.I must admit that my decision to study Political Science was not just to understand the science that studies the political dynamics of human societies but also to get in-depth knowledge on human rights and women empowerment.
Aside school,i am researcher attached to several market and opinion research agencies on a freelance basis.I have taken part in national surveys and qualitative research studies like the National HIV/AIDS and Reproductive Health Survey(NARHS),Behavioural Surveillance Survey(BSS),Integrated Bio-Behavioural Sentinel/Surveillance Survey(IBBSS),The State of The Nation(corruption)and The Constitutional Reform focus group discussions,The National Business Enterprise Survey(CAC)among others.
I have travelled far and wide across the Western and Eastern parts of Northern Nigeria thus having mastery of several Hausa cultures from a stereoscopic social vision.
I am a feminist,an aspired human rights activist and a celebrated researcher.I am a listeners' club co-ordinator of JHU-CCP's Ku Saurara Projects in Kano.
