About Me

I was a business administration major back in college however my interest became more inclined into social science. Although, BA isn't quiet far from applied sociology particularly in the human resource development aspect, I began to enjoy mixing management principles and social analysis. Well, it should not be apart actually but I have this intense passion for organizational policy stuff and social behavior. This is where I start believing that no one can generalize culture because in the first place there are millions of it in this whole wide world. It is not only categorized by race, country or sub-regional groups, but they can be found in diverse numbers in any social groups. Across all these, culture, may it be in formal or informal organizations, is so dynamic that it changes periodically. It can even be influenced as may social scientists say. I'm a staunch believer of social change and that it happens on the right time in the right place with lots of efforts from human nature.
