I grew up in an environment that promoted reason, compassion and creativity. I am often burdened by the apparent lack of competence, morality and individuality in this world.
Like many others I have trouble comprehending the indifference to preventable poverty and oppression.
Until this time my struggle has been largel internal, without action. But I feel that at this point I must begin to externalize my battle to right the world's wrongs: connect with others like me and begin to contribute to the most noble fight there is, righting the world's wrongs.
I truly believe I can be a leader in bringing forward positive, lasting, significant and global change through taking a practical, moderate perspective.
