 About Me |
My name is William Odhiambo Ondenge.Currently,I am the Team leader of Chula Progressive Youth Group(CHUPRO).CHUPRO was created by youths within Obunga Slum to improve the health, educational attainment, human welfare, and opportunities for children, youths, adults and families in Obunga. We work with orphans and vulnerable children together with youths who face hunger, HIV/AIDS pandemic or social isolation to address their needs and hopes. I too like Reshma has had a passion guiding youths towards taking an active role in changing their communities.
We are implementing a Mass Media Production for behaviour change and improved interpersonal communication related to reducing HIV infection risk among youth. The objective of the project is to produce mass media behaviour change communication programs based around television drama series that utilizes the enter(tain)-educate model of behaviour change theory along with supporting Interpersonal Communication(IPC) materials to be disseminated and utilised through various media and youth-focused venues.
