It dose not take a rocket scientist to know, that that Global warming does exist and it affects us all in many ways. As simple as it may sound recycling the house hold cabbage you throw away in your house goes a long way in helping with global warming if recycled .
It also does take a rocket scientist to know that the powerful western countries in the world have turned a blind eye to the problems affecting African countries, yet they countinue to give grants and loans to large mining and forestry companies. Some of the companies take advantage of the political crisis in Africa, Latin America and Asia and destroy the forests and pollute the areas they work from with very few of them making a positive ecconomic and environmental changes from the areas they operate from.
I live in Vancouver, a city which prides its self as being one of the most beautiful cities in the world, to a greater extent i agree. However if you travel to the east end of Vancouver or a place called Surrey ( Whalley area) your eyes begin to swell up..Why u may ask..Simple, they are so many Homless people and drug addicts.. How sad for a rich country like Canada.
I how- ever would like to network and link with people in particular Vancouver, Surrey,Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminister or any Main land area who would be intrested in these issues of business, environment and any other issues that affect our daily lives....
