babs is a team leader,an international motivational speaker,a teacher,an instructor and a writer.he is the publisher of atmosphere of success-a youth magazine for empowerment,success and direction.he is the provost of BEC LEADERSHIP ACADEMY,where future leaders are built,he is the CEO of BEC INTERNATIONAL,an NGO that build,educate and create youths of impact..
He is a graduate of yaba college of technology,where he was awarded the best writer and university of lagos where he founded youthhelp

babs is a role model to many nigerian youths,the voice of the advocating youths and an international icon of true leadership,having been recognised at the african open assembly as an icon of youth leadership and advocate for change.he is a mind builder who believe in synergising to build the future...which is a good need at the one young world,coming together to rub minds in reaching a goal.

He dual function as a motivational speaker and a firm moderator of events,emceeing most youth events connected to education in lagos state.
He was a nigerian representative to the african youth and governence conference in accra ghana and world global assembly in canada this year where he was recognised as part of the 50 futuristic leaders of africa.

He is the president of SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE..where excellent spirit is been incubated in young ones and the director of BEC ANTI AIDS SQUAD aimed in combating the spread of aids.He started his NGO at age 16 when he was rounding off his secondary school.His leadrship power was felt in the HEALTH AND LIFE PLANNING CLUB,PRESS CLUB and JUNIOR ENGINEERS TECHNICIANS AND SCIENTISTS{JETS CLUB},and eventually become the ZONAL COORDINATOR for ALL JETS CLUB in Oshodi,a community in lagos,Nigeria.

He has been teaching since age 16 and has taught thousands of graduates.He is a member of SCIENCE TEACHERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA{STAN},BIOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF NIGERIA{BSA} and TECHNICAL TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL.

He is an adviser to many youth groups in nigeria,ghana,togo and uganda.He is the academic director of nigeria is great..a group of nigerian students studying in uk.He is presently the president of oshodi archdeaconry youth council,the president of saints youth council,the director of general assembly of youth leaders.
