She brings an innovative business savvy honed by extensive experience in strategic organizational development with many of the world’s top corporations, by first-hand executive and operational experience, and by a life-long passion for learning and evolution. Her background includes Strategic Business Partner and Facilitator with FranklinCovey Canada, Director, Right Management Consultants; and Vice President Sales & Business Development and Executive Officer, MICA Management Resources. She’s worked across industry sectors and with world-renowned business minds.
Qualifications include Strategic Leadership Development, Business and Personal Coaching, Assessments and Multi-Rater Feedback, Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry, Presentation Skills, Consultative Sales and Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats – one of only a dozen consultants in Canada to be qualified personally by Dr. deBono, the world's leading authority in the field of creative and conceptual thinking.
Virginia serves on the Board of Directors for TakingItGlobal - something she considers a special honour.
She and her life partner Ron Mitchell live in the Beaches area of Toronto, and enjoy a full and active life with family and friends. Her interests include the art and science of personal development, flying trapeze, martial arts, cycling, scuba diving and swimming with dolphins in the wild.
