I am a student at the university and l hope to start an NGO to look into how youth can become better effective leaders of tomorrow.l feel very much for youth in the country because of the socio-economic problems which confronts trhem on a daily bases, which are as a resuly of bad leadership and mis management of resources by pest and present leaders. l believe strongly in the development of leadership capabilities which is essential for a complete turn around in the country.
