This text will not deal with a global vision on today’s world nor on it’s society, but pecicly on a specific aspect of today's societies. The aspect of criticism of modern education although it is the essence for all. In fact, this text will criticize the education system of Quebec.

Humans live in a capitalist society where everything revolves and focuses on entertainment and money. At the youngest age, a child is educated according to this system that he must have a certain degree of education in life in view of becoming someone even parents set the idea that they will have no future without eduction or higher study’s. Although is this the right thing to be saying to a child? In fact, it is, in the medieval period, young adolescents could start working in their domain at the ages of 10, 11 or 12 because they already had the knowledge and were capable of doing the work that was needed. In today’s modern world there are so many steps that need to be taken to reach a certain level of education such as a Ph.D or even a Masters degree, that people now see themeless finishing school at 30 years old. School isn’t a bad thing, but, certain aspects could be better. The fact that students always have to be in group of their age and wait for them to learn at the same speed slows the progress of a single student. Exemple, if someone makes his own studies to learn his mathematic, he should be able to pass an exam and then acquire a degree, couldn’t he? In addition to that so many thing are told mandatory but really are irrelevant and a waist of time. In some cases a student who is in college usually follow numerous classes that seem useless and other that are actually worth something while other can skip college find a job for 2 years and then apply in a precise class in university once he is 21 yrs. old. So where is the uses of passing through college when some of us just by-pass it? It's not for nothing that college exists in Quebec, it was a good initiative, probably filled with good intentions to help young people find the field in which they might end up studying in. Unfortunately, this is also a huge waste of time and money.

It only takes a little to solve these issues. Adopt an education system similar to other societies and reform our system. It’s obvious that the task is difficult, but it only takes a little courage, tenacity and determination.
