Vikaas Abhiyaan is a vision for empowerment of the weaker populace of the world by creating sustainable development and poverty alleviation through innovative initiatives, and through effective scientific management of knowledge and resources. "Networking of thoughts and deeds of one billion people towards a common goal of making India a developed nation is indeed the need of the hour" -Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Vikaas Abhiyaan is a common platform for attaining this aim of networking the vibrant, youthful India in activities of Nation Building; for bringing together people from all walks of life to actualise a Developed India by 2020.
