Victor is Founder of Jovenes Empresarios por Mexico, A.C. (JEMAC) - Youth Business Mexico, an initiative of the Prince of Wales Business Leaders Forum, London, UK. He has a diploma in Economic Development at Harvard University and is a graduate of Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Technological Institute in Mexico. As Coordinator of the Plenary Sessions for the State of the World Forum for Emerging Leaders, January 1999, he oversaw the participation of 4 Nobel Peace Laureates, in an unprecedented student event in Mexico that engaged the participation of 600 young people from 45 countries. He also designed the fundraising strategy for the event. He has been a speaker at events in over 15 different countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Finland, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States, and his native Mexico, among others.
