About Me

Vincent want to help the disadvantaged children of Kisii. That is their dream.

Now, they have 38 children on the register, ranging in ages from 2 to 16. Most of these children are fostered out to families in the area and Twiga Children's Home ensures that they all have food, clothing, care and an education.

We also offer a support service for children who do not need full orphanage care, but are still vulnerable.

But our job would be made a lot easier if we could build a proper orphanage, with dormitories, a dining room, shower and toilet block, leisure/study area and an administration office - and maybe a chalet for visitor and volunteers. We are also seeking more volunteers to come (http://mercygate.awardspace.com/volunteer.htm)
