I'm Norbert form Rwanda. I have a BS in Agricultural Economics form the National University of Rwanda in 2008. I'm currently working in the Ministry of East African Commninity Affairs as a M&E expert.
I'm work so far has been concentrated to
prepare me to be the best researcher i can become. that why before joing the Ministry I was research assistant in The Karisoke Research Center/ The Diana Fossey Gorilla Fund International.
I want to emerge as an Agricultural economic engineer and an expert in modeling market efficiency and price analysis, who is also proficient in understanding, researching, and teaching about partial equilibrium analysis of free trade, welfare effects of trade and trade liberalization especially in developing countries.
