About Me

I am a business futurist working in the corporate social responsibility and sustainable development fields. My background is in civil engineering and the management philosophy known as Quality Management (with a strong emphasis on Systems Thinking). My mentors/teachers in my professional journey have been Drs. R. Buckminster Fuller, W. Edwards Deming, and Russell L. Ackoff. The aim of my work is to mainstream the corporate citizenship and sustainable development movements, so that they become the basic foundation for our global socio-economic system in the 21st Century. As part of this "popularization" effort, I am engaged in an ongoing outreach effort to America's entertainment community, because I know that they have the ability to make the process of teaching the public how much better the world can be fun.
