About Me

I am a Coordinator between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Federal Republic of Germany, Switzerland, Russia and other European Countries at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC). I deal not only with the routine work as a desk officer in terms of aid coordination, but I also represent in diplomatically correspondence to the development partners (donors), civil society and line ministries in particular prepare communication letters, technical communication, organize workshop, meeting. I am good at management communication and collaboration with colleagues, international consultants, experts, foreigners and communities as well. My proven ability to quickly adapt myself in new and multicultural environments would constitute a further asset; so my positive experiences of the working frequently travels and field visit. Meanwhile, as aid coordinator I have learnt a lot of government position paper namely Rectangular Strategy, National Strategy Development Plan, Poverty Reduction Strategy, Cambodian Development Goals, Public Administration Reform and many different sectors’ policy/strategy namely Education, Health, Rural Development and other Cross Cutting Issues as well as Gender, Governance and Civil Society.

In the meantime, I hold a Master degree, major Management that is my core concrete background education. Moreover, I am good at literature in computer, especially Microsoft Applications. Besides computerization skills I also have English proficiency that would be my advantages for apply this position, which are the key areas for me to work as well. I have been two countries to study English namely Thailand and New Zealand. I also completed many courses namely Project Cycle Management with VBNK, and Aid Management Course conducted in Manila, the University of the Philippines. Furthermore, I am good at writing reports, taking minutes and prepare correspondence letters in both English and Khmer.
