CCI is a Christian Charitable Organization that focuses attention on the Holistic Development of Children especially the disadvantaged ones. Children are the focal point of the organization that provide Educational, Social and Spiritual Services geared towards the Salvation and general wellbeing of the Target Group. The Organization established in 1999 has a functional Nursery and Primary School with …. total Enrolment for 2006/2007 Academic Session. In our drive to reach out to children with the gospel message we are focusing at Primary Schools which is strategic in contacting pupils. As a Moslem dominated country, the schools have no Christian Religious Education Teachers whereas Islamic Teachers are employed. However, the government allows individuals and Organizations to employ and sponsors Bible Teachers some public schools. This is an open door granted as a result of saint’s intercession. To this end, our Strategic Plan to reach out to Children in 15 Public Primary Schools for the next 3 years includes: • Employ Christian Teachers and attach them to schools teach Bible Knowledge and be responsible for their monthly Salary. • Begin Children Christian Weekly Fellowship in the Schools. • Provision of Bibles and School Materials for disadvantaged Children. • Full and Partial Scholarship for Destitute, Orphans or Abandoned Children. • Supply of Basic Necessities to Destitute, Orphans or Abandoned Children. THE GLOBAL CHALLENGE Concerned Christians are called upon to rise to meet this Challenge of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to Children who are opened to the good news. You can be involved in one or more of the opportunities below. • Sponsorship of Schools Bible Teachers ($60 X 12 = $720 P.A.). You can sponsor one or more teachers. • Supply Bibles and Children Christian Story Books. • Supply School Materials (Books and writing Materials). • Provide full or part Scholarship for needy children. • Supply other children Materials.
