 About Me |
Being up to date with current affairs is one of my desires. As such I like listening to and browsing bbcworld, especially African news. I am always deeply touched by news of war, famine, HIV/AIDS and poverty. As a Christian, I pray earnestly for divine intervention for Africa.
I am also keen about Information and Communication Technologies(ICTs). I am a memeber of a local Youth group called ICT-D and together we are sensitising the masses on how ICTs can be deployed as a tool for development.
As a lady in a career that has previously been male-dominated, I feel I have a role to fight for elimination of all forms of discrimination against women and to be a mentor to the girlchild. I take every opportunity to talk to the girls seriously.
In my free time I like reading the Bible, Christian Books and technology magazines.
