started out in montreal and grew up in a military family so moved around till the chuckwagon headed out west and finally settled in victoria.
enjoyed catching geese, going kamikaze on skis and swimming with the cohos as a kid.
Now a father, radio promoter, youth worker and steeplechase resident. There is no Tiger Blood or Adonis DNA in my body. However, I get my strength from being a vegeterian.
