I am privileged to have an educational and working experience in Management and project Management together with an extensive and diverse AIESEC Experience.
Currently, I am working with the company called ENSIGN GLOBAL where I am holding the position of Expansion Manager and Marketing Executive. One year ago, I was doing an internship with BUW, a German customer care and consulting company (www.buw.de) in the field of marketing and project management where I had the responsibilities to assist my colleagues in the organisation of the social project (www.goforchildren.com) by developing the project business plan, sponsors and partners research, market research, building up a communication plan, infact I have an overall involvement in the various field of the project and I therefore had the chance to understand and familiarise myself with the way people of other culture think and perceive the world around them while developing some additional skills such as result orientation, efficient planning, stakeholders focus and so on. With my AIESEC background, I have gained practical experiences in the area of leadership experience, project and team management, finance management, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
