I am a CEO of Alternate Solution. I have over 10 years of experience in development field, programme management, monitoring and evaluation and humanitarian sector. I had been involved with Youth Employment Summit as Management Representative Hazara region (YES Pakistan) from 2001-2004.
I am an expert in project management and possess a hands on experience in proposal development and M&E. I have developed around 80 projects and provided managerial inputs in over on over 60 projects. I have mobilised resources from corporates, government, civil society, philanthropists, expatriates etc. I am a seasoned trainer and facilitator in PRA, M&E, LFA, project management, resource mobilisation, communication and presentation skills.
I have conducted strategic planning exercises and also provided the consultancy services to local, national and international NGOs. I am also heading an international NGO in Pakistan named Islamic Aid.
