With over 16+ years of experience, having worked with some of extremely successful companies in the service industry, I have a proven management background and expertise in the business.
I am currently an entrepreneur and run my own Internet Software Development Company called Interactive World out of Gurgaon, India. We specialize in building websites, internet applications including content management systems, CRM systems and hotel property management systems. We have a proven track record in managing PPC/ SEO & SEM projects for clients.
Before turning to the entrepreneurial spirit, I was Business Lead of the Call Center and Mortgage Operations for an Multi National Corporation headquartered in Florida, USA. My other responsibilities included leading the Training, Quality and Software Development departments.
I have previously worked with the a leading Media Group (The Times of India Group) as their Head of Customer Service & GE Capital International Services, as trained Master Black Belt & Lead Quality Trainer coaching GE resources in Six Sigma. I have also served with a News Corporation Company (STAR TV) in India in various capacities over a few years.
