Having worked as a Resource Person/ Master Facilitator for about 6 years in India, VietNam, SriLanka, have developed knowledge and skills which include an depth understanding of Skill based training in Livelihoods and structured methodologies, strong leadership. My perseverance to fulfil at every task has been the primary reason for rapid but structured progression. My principal field of expertise being in rapid learning methodology combined with the approach of linking learning and livelihoods, understanding complex systems and partner requirements, leading teams, leveraging existing systems and innovating solutions.
