 About Me |
Hi,I stay in Swaziland and work as a monitoring and evaluation officer, I was recently working as the National M&E for the national response agency for HIV in Swaziland.Currently, I'm working for an organisation called Bantwana/World Education and we are working on porgrammes supporting OVCs in schools. My duties involve doing evaluation research,setting up Monitroing and Evaluation frameworks for our programmes, routine monitoring of all activities we do for OVCs, and i'm responsible for ensuring that we meet our programme goals through measuring impact on a periodic basis. Everything I do has a bearing on the oucome and impact of our services to OVCs. I love working with projects, research analysis, and over and above I enjoy my current job because i get to work with kids, see the positive change we bring into their lives and make them better citizens of the country. I believe in " being the change i want to see in the world".
