 About Me |
My name is Siera and I have been volunteering as an intern with Oxfam during the Summer of 2009 where I coordinated the Summer Outreach events in support of the Women's Rights and Climate Change Campaign. Working with the dedicated Oxfam staff and other passionate volunteers provided me with a unique interning experience. The amount of responsibility pushed me to learn a great deal about development work as well as allowed me to meet amazing individuals.
I am also currently an upper year student at the University of Toronto who is specialising in political science and focusing my research on developmental politics within Africa.
