About me
My name is Mohamed Salieu Kamara. I was born 5th May 1983 in Freetown, Western Area Sierra Leone.
I started my schooling at St Edward’s Primary School in Freetown. I continued my education at the Sierra Leone Muslim Brotherhood Secondary School and later at the St. Edward’s Secondary School. I finished my schooling with a High School Certificate.
When I left school, I worked as a taxi driver for a year. I became interested in Youth and Developmental activities after the war in Sierra Leone. Since then, I have never looked back. I started as Assistant Secretary – General of the Susan’s Bay Area Development Association (SUBADA). Then I became an executive member of Kiwanis International Freetown and the International Youth Council – Sierra Leone. I have participated in numerous workshops, seminars, symposia, deliberations, and contributed to radio and television programs pertaining youth activities. I have devoted almost all my adult life in positive youth endeavours.
