The Next Generation Group is born out of intense desire and passion to assist young Nigerians in realizing their maximum potential in life through life long learning, continuous development and interaction. The foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at building leaders for a new Nigeria is determined to BUILD THE NIGERIAN DREAM by: 1. Transforming the accessibility to learning in everyday life and work via an ICT platform. 2. Building a self-reliant young generation through entrepreneurship development programmes. 3. Instilling positive thinking as a means to motivational Development in guiding a mindset change for young Nigerians. 4. Improving the employability of an average Nigerian particularly the “youths and teenagers” MISSION To assist young Nigerians realize their maximum potentials in life through lifelong learning, continuous development and interaction. VISION The vision of T.N.G is “Building leaders for a new Nigeria” by making a positive difference and change in our generation by impacting positively to lives at all times. GOAL To instigate lifelong learning on an effective ICT platform to help improve their self development and potential and the productivity of organizations by transforming the accessibility of learning in everyday life. SERVICES 1. Self- development/Attitudes 2. Entrepreneurship/ Life skills 3. Leadership and management Training MODE OF DELIVERY Given the lifestyle choices of the young audience; creating an impact on them is the key to effectiveness. Delivering mode will therefore be by mass media with particular emphasis on the following: • Learning Centers • The direct approach • Newspaper write-ups, adverts and article • Lectures, seminars and workshops • Television { with MOMENT WITH MO} • Conference TARGET AUDIENCE T.N.G target focus is the teenagers, youths and young people. While is not fully constricted to this group, our primary focus will be: 1. Senior secondary schools 2. Universities 3. Technical schools 4. Other tertiary institutions 5. NYSC FUNDING The foundation will solicit and accept funds from the following sources: • Nigeria private sector partnership • Nigeria public sector partnership i.e. the government and any of its agencies at the federal, state or local levels. • Well- meaning individuals in the society • International donor agencies/organization TOPICS Leadership, Skill acquisition, Personal development, Career guide, Entrepreneur programs, Financial managements and Relationship.
