A native of Ecuador, Francisco holds a Bachelors degree in Digital Arts and Programming from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito. His understanding of technology has led him to work for a number of youth-led and youth-serving organizations around the world Over the past ten years, he has worked in Ecuador, India, the United Kingdom and Canada. His travel and work experiences have filled him with a deep understanding of cultural differences and of the importance of bridging the digital divide. Francisco has represented TIG at a range of international conferences and events, including the 2008 UN AIDS Conference in Mexico City. He also played a leading role in organizing the 2008 World Youth Congress in Quebec, Canada.
