About Me |
Martial arts is my passion and I practice about 5 days a week. I would like to open a school when i'll have my 3rd degree black sash. I'm actually finishing my DEC in human sciences at the Collège Lionel-Groulx in Sainte-Thérèse. I love eating sushi and go to restaurants.
I think that people should always see beyond reality, or to take a look at our wolrd and think that there are a lot of things that we don't need. When you always live and think in accordance with what is exposed to you, you can't be creative. It keeps you trapped like if you were in a cage. That's why I've come to realise that there are a lot of people, may they be extremely intelligent, who come to be stressed out by problems that are superficial. They don't see that there are other possibilities in life. I know that the spiritual aspect of my training in martial arts has helped me to open my eyes a little more to my world, and to be careless about the complicated things that I don't need. I'm talking here about useless fighting, unnecessary material needs, and to think with a positive mind. A martial artist should always train hard to possess and develop to its maximum potential tree aspects wich are physical strenght, energetical strenght(commonly called chi/ki), and spiritual or mental strenght. By building your body, you develop mental abilities to concentrate on only one thing: what you are doing. When it becomes strong, you can then access to energetical training and work your breathing and your mental discipline, After years of training, your mental becomes unbreakable, and you come to realise the truth about every aspect of life. I think that you learn something new from every training session you do, and come to a point where peace becomes what you reflect.
My dearest wish would be for me to be world-wide known, and to teach people martial arts as a way of peace. It would be my part to contribute for a better world.
