www.idea.org.np I was born in that family where everyone involved in social welfare. My inspirable person is my grand father, who had dedicated his 20 years as an elected president for his community. In my schooling period, I have formed a local youth organization (Green Valley Club). In my college life, i have started volunteer in national level youth, human rights organization and was also engaged in INSEC, a leading NGO for Human Rights and social justice in Nepal where I worked to connect ICT for human rights. At present, I am a young ICT-literate peace campaigner founder of Idea Action, a non-profit organisation led by youth for youth that deals with human rights, sustainable development and other related issues, to name but a few, culture of peace, non-violence and citizenship awareness in Nepal. I have launched different global initiatives such as Idea Forum.org, a virtual platform to connect globally young people, and Youth Change the World (YCW), an informal campaign based in London aiming at the development of a culture of youth involvement, peace and volunteerism around the world. I am also working for UNOY, a Netherland base INGO as ISG member (2007-2009) on youth and peace. My main interests lies from ICT for peace building, conflict transformation, and human rights to youth engagement and have published a number of articles on these issues & international travel features and has resided around USA, Australia, UK, Bangkok as well as India. In the international seminars/events, I had attended World Social Forum in Mumbai on January 2004, every year I have been attended One world South Asia regional meeting since 2004 in New Delhi, India and third International Youth Summer School in UK on July 2004. Similarly, Human Rights and youth leadership Conference, organized by UNESCO Chair & Institute of Comparative Human Rights at the University of Connecticut, USA on Aug 2005, UN regional expert seminar for Asia on Human Rights Education at UN Building in Thailand on Sep 2005, Youth conference in Sydney, Australia on Feb 2006 and Youth Leadership Workshop on Nov 2006 in Washington DC, USA organized by International Youth Foundation and NOKIA. UNOY - ISG Meeting in Netherlands 2008. Awards I am a winner of the 2006 Youth Action Net award from the International Youth Foundation and Nokia, USA. And Best idea to change the world form UK.
