About Me

I am medical graduate haivng masters in health administration. I have nearly nine years of public health experience at district, province and national levels in Pakistan. My core expertise include designing, implementing and evaluating community based primary health care programs, population health census and surveys, district and province wide behavior change communication campaigns, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for health intervention programs at primary health care level, community participation and social mobilization processes for primary health care programs; organizational capacity assessment and institutional development; establishing quality assurance and quality control protocols for primary health care programs, designing and conducting training needs assessment (TNA) for health care professionals; health care research with emphasis in mother and child health and disease prevention designing and conducting trainings for health care professionals on health interventions and communication skills, establishing effective liaison and collaboration with governmental and non-governmental organizations, implementing organizational change management procedures, project planning and implementation and establishment of Public-Private partnerships in health initiatives;
