About Me

I am currently working in the Earthquake affected areas of Pakistan as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Health sector. I primarily monitor the activities in the health sector as well as play role in Health systems co-ordination. The range of tasks in the realm of systems co-ordination have increasingly enabled me to develop and enhance my skills, professional experience and evolve a mature understanding for a systems approach to initiating challenging design and procedural dimensions of Health programs.

I am of the opinion that Humanitarian Organisation's values and fundamental principles provide for an ideal environment in which to further develop these initiatives whilst contributing as a team player with other colleagues. My current position has entailed a substantial involvement and consideration of the HAP and Sphere Project minimum standards to be applied to the health program. The extent to which these standards have been adhered to has also been manifest in the monitoring of process and performance oriented results undertaken over the last year. The findings have led to development of tools and formats as well as beneficiary complaints and minimum standards compliance mechanisms for quality and accountability.

I have done 4 years of volunteering work in various organizations e.g. UN online Voluteering, Association for Social Development.

I was also selected for 45 elective hours Online EU-Youth Training on Soft Skills and Management Abilities; this training has enabled me to foresee, plan, program and monitor in a better way. My interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks have greatly helped me in building good relationship between staff, ensuring effective flow of information between the team members and good liaison with government and building relationships with volunteers.
