 About Me |
Priscilla began BraveHeart as a youth development club in 2002 at the age of 18. Was a volunteer with Baobab for Women’s Human Rights in 2006, worked as a intern with Girls’ Power Initiative in 2007 and has been the program coordinator of BraveHeart Initiative For Youth & Women since April, 2007.
BraveHeart educates young people (10-25) in rural Edo state on safe sex, STI’s Including HIV/AIDS, unsafe abortion and gender equality.
Priscilla is a 300 level undergraduate of the department of Political Science at the Ambrose Alli University , Edo State , Nigeria . A member of the Global Youth Coalition on Hiv/Aids, participant at the Youth Sexuality Institute, Abuja 2008, participant at the IWHC – AIP, NewYork 2009, a finalist under the Adolescent Health Category of the National Talent Hunt Exhibition, Abuja - November, 2009, participant at 4th African conference on sexual health and rights, Ethiopia, 2010.
Priscilla is a passionate leader and an assertive feminist.
