We designed it to offer large possibilities of real-time data acquisition and instant commands to the action devices. I have assisted the designing of an interactive menu displayed on the PC. There are represented very suggestively the main important components and their linked circuits, and two signal evolution screens. The controller display the temperature from the system and also activates two small electric motors by the intermediate of a multichannel I/O board and related electronic modules (the boiler and some distinct ways of heat consumers. The user can modify some parameters, as pre-set the flow rates of the methane and of the combustion air. As a result of our studies and tests developed in the laboratory, we obtain a numerical computer code. Also, the experimental measurements offers a background for the defining of the main rules for the expert system. The large varieties of optional settings for time successions and reconfigurations of commands, signals and their evolution registration shown on a very suggestive display help us to develop a correct calibrating of the gases analyzer. In the present we continue our studies in the thermoenergetic control field, and we are designing a microcontroller based system connected to a PC.
